ok with the promo pack comeing out soon it looks like this title is going to be a lot eayer to gain

it says that all our chars will hav acces to then (ALL) lol
and they are repetable
it allso comes with other concers they may not hav thort about tho i am looking forward a way of geting both defender and survivor >.<
kill my char and start from scratch Lmao

I doubt that's what it meant, if you take it textually, yes...

But logically, I bet the quests will be obtained from questgivers at locations such as LA/KC/Kamadan etc.

they will not start the missions in presear so you must be joking

HOM is available to all characters on the account but each character has to get there to use it

how abt u learn 2 read quests are accesable the the quest log and r repetable and they are not set in the same "time period" as Gw the r set in the past ie the tengu wars

if you read you will find out they are full size missions that are kept track of in the quest log and not actually quests

since one of the missions shows what happened right after the attack it is set in the heart of the GW timeline so wrong again

and the mission givers will be in presear where most players do not have a current character????

right

force someone to delete an existing character or buy a slot to create a presear character to access the presear mission giver....sure

oh wait...........what about those who own factions or nightfall but not GW?

how do they get to presear Ascalon for the missions?

I understand from the FAQs that there will be no mission giver. The missions will just pop up in the quest log for those who are eligible, having spent enough money in the ingame shop. So it's theoretically possible that they will be availabe to pre-searing chars, just like bonus weapons, but I seriously doubt it.

you need serious reading comprehension help as nowhere in the FAQ does it state /bonus or presear availability.

it states they will be keyed to the qualifying account automatically not by typing or entering keys

Yeah there's nothing about typing /bonus for them. Dunno where the OP came up with that, lol.

My guess would be that there'll be mission starter NPCs in the major outposts (KC, LA, Kamadan).

note i was making refrance to the bonus wepons not saying the promo was avalble that way and i dn think it says there will b a npc for the quests
ok i feel a bit foolish mby it shud b stated that presearing chars wont b givn the quests or that they will only b acesable through a npc in la for example

ether way sori i can get a bit hard headed some tyms
as for spelling i txt off my fone way to much
so rly dis is hw i wud hav splt things i hd 2 mke a conshs eft not 2 spl in txt

We won't be playing as any of our character's for the bonus missions anyways, so I doubt we'll get experience for them...

I doubt the missions are available to pre-sear chars. Or even to chars below lvl 20, much like how Hard Mode can only be accessed by lvl 20 chars.

But even if it was available to your pre-sear chars, how would you complete the mission? Low armor, limited skills, limited weapons(only the pre-order weapons being maxed) and party sizes maxed at 2. Nevermind your low lvl if you intend to use this gain the Defender title(with a max of 170 attribute points) or you being the worthless half of the team if you intend to gain the Survivor title too. And what you will be fighting are mobs with weapons, armor and skills appropriate to their lvls. I don't expect them to be at the pitiful lvls that the Charr over the wall are either, or the same as the Tengu on Shing Jae. The only reason you can even defeat a death-lvled Charr is because the only thing that's changed is that its got more health; its armor, attributes, skills and weapons all remain the same. Entering the missions with your pre-sear chars just means a quick death. No easy titles here.

Anyway, there's nothing in the description that discounts Pre-sear characters. Logically though, they should not be able to access the missions.

It honestly doesn't do any good to speculate about whether this will work or not. We just need to wait and find out what happens. You know, even if you could somehow manage to get these missions with a presear character (anet will probably wind up nerfing that anyway) You would be too low a level to manage to get survivor and defender at the same time. How to you suppose you will party up with someone and survive? What's that? oh yeah, still just two people parties in presear.
